Up to 40 industry experts are recruited by SEED SPOT every year to support one venture throughout the entire program. The goal of the mentor program is to provide continuity to each entrepreneur and ensure they have one individual they can lean on to vet, validate, and discuss critical decisions with throughout the program. Mentors are hand-selected to ensure alignment.
