Venture Program
The application process for the Venture program is open once per year from July 1 – August 30. Eligibility requirements mandate that all ventures demonstrate social impact, showcase a strong financial model, and are generating less than $500,000 in annual revenue. Additionally, the entrepreneurs must reside in the state of Arizona and commit to their venture full-time. A selection panel reviews all applications, interviews finalists, and selects up to 20 ventures to participate in the SEED SPOT program starting each October.
Community Program
The application process for the Community Program is open from July 1 – December 30. The program is sequential, starting in October and ending in May so entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply prior to October but they may opt to enter the program at the mid-point if they so choose. Eligibility requirements mandate that all ventures demonstrate social impact, showcase a strong financial model, and are generating less than $500,000 in annual revenue. The SEED SPOT staff reviews all Community Program applications and places up to 50 each year. This is a fee-based program.
