Koran Hardimon is a Retention WarmLine Program Manager within the Global Diversity and Inclusion organization at Intel Corporation in Chandler, AZ. In this role, Hardimon is responsible for setting comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies that strengthen Intel’s culture of inclusivity and retaining Intel’s most valuable assets: its employees. While aligning with Intel’s strategic business objectives, Hardimon also focuses on ensuring Intel is the best place for individuals to bring their best self to work.
Hardimon joined Intel in 2008 as an Offer Consultant in the Intel Talent Organization. With his passion for leadership and development, in 2009, he transitioned into Intel’s Management and Leadership Development organization where he spent most of his Intel career. In this organization, he performed a variety of roles from Project/Program Management to designing, developing, and deploying global leadership solutions for Intel’s senior leaders. In 2015, Hardimon transitioned into the Global Diversity and Inclusion organization as a Program Manager for the Diverse Ability, Veteran, and African American communities at Intel.
Before joining Intel, Hardimon spent time in the Aerospace industry, working for Boeing Satellite Systems as a Project Manager responsible for launching an enterprise wide manufacturing system. He also had an entrepreneurial bug and spent a few years managing product launches for a wireless start-up.
Hardimon is an Arizona native who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in leadership and development from the University of Southern California. He is a graduate of the Valley Leadership Institute, founding member of the Start with STEM program, and National Board member of Seed Spot.
