In this organization, he performed a variety of roles from Project/Program Management to designing, developing, and deploying global leadership solutions for Intel’s senior leaders. In 2015, Hardimon transitioned into the Global Diversity and Inclusion organization as a Program Manager for the Diverse Ability, Veteran, and African American communities at Intel.
