Lesley Mansford is both a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist. She currently runs Global CSR for Supercell, driving grant-making, team engagement and ingame charitable campaigns. Prior to Supercell she was CEO of the social enterprise, Razoo, the fastest growing crowdfunding platform for causes which raised over $240M for causes during her tenure. Before joining Razoo, Mansford had 15 years of senior marketing and operating roles in interactive entertainment with companies like Electronic Arts and was the co-founder and COO of pogo.com, the largest online casual games community, acquired by EA in 2001.
She has spoken regularly on the power of online to democratize philanthropy. She's a strong advocate around issues like women’s entrepreneurship and child sex trafficking in the US. Her board positions have included The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Leadership Institute for the Ecology and the Economy and Women’s Initiative for Self Employment. A Pipeline Angel she is passionate about supporting female founders with a social mission and made her first investment in Blendoor, a "blind" recruiting app.
