Seed Spot launches entrepreneur program for high school students

From lemonade stands and dog walking services to building apps or a robotic toy, the entrepreneurial mindset is occurring at a younger age. This summer, parents might wonder how to continue to nurture their child’s mindset in a social conscious environment. Seed Spot, a nonprofit incubator dedicated to early-stage community-focused social startups, has launched a new entrepreneurial program for high school students that have a thirst for creativity and innovation.

The Seed Spot High School Program is a one-week program designed to inspire, educate and launch solutions to important societal problems. Join the Seed Spot staff, ventures, mentors and a team of like-minded peers for a fun, fast-paced week!

The deadline to apply is June 6, 2014 and there are two programs available this summer: July 14-18 and July 28-August 1
