| As the Marketing and Recruitment Manager at SEED SPOT, Linda Norquist has a passion for social impact driven ventures. She is a bilingual Marketing Strategist with over a decade of experience connecting ventures with diverse audiences and crafting impactful messages. From middle school, Linda's passion for entrepreneurship ignited as she ventured into various businesses.
Prior to joining SEED SPOT, Linda owned her own consultancy for 7 years, where she helped non-profits, small businesses, and organizations become culturally relevant to their staff and audience. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she was selected as a business mentor for the U.S. Bank HSN American Dreams project in 2017. Since then, she has mentored over 100 entrepreneurs, embodying the phrase, “Don't Follow, Lead.” Linda is currently a trustee and chair of the Desert Botanical Garden's Marketing and Audience Engagement Committee, driving initiatives geared towards the Latino market in Phoenix. At SEED SPOT, Linda is dedicated to cultivating impactful connections and fostering impact driven entrepreneurship that leads change. |
