Tessa is the Founder and Executive Director of Upstream Education, a Denver-based nonprofit empowering educators with Tier 1 Mental Health tools to enhance student well-being. Under her leadership, Upstream now reaches 70,000 students weekly. Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Tessa also received Hopelab's Young Innovator in Behavioral Health Award for her contributions to youth mental health. Outside of leading Upstream and mentoring entrepreneurs, Tessa enjoys taking The Class and hiking with her husband. She resides in Boulder, CO.
