About the Event
If you’re ready to inspire authentic leadership, build community resilience, and foster inclusivity, then this call is for you! Our immersive workshops take teams on a Hero’s Journey Quest, guiding each participant to discover their unique gifts—from Presence and Insight to Collaboration and Resilience—and explore how these strengths shape impactful, collaborative leadership.
Through the principles of Transformative Justice and Emergent Strategy, we show teams how to harness each other’s gifts to create a shared vision. It’s leadership training that transcends traditional methods, empowering your team to lead, learn, and grow together in lasting ways.
This is a one to two-hour workshop for groups of 4-50 individuals. Great for students, leadership cohorts, student-led organizations, or your team’s next professional development.
Meet the Speaker
Noah Garcia
Noah Garcia is an educator and community advocate with a deep commitment to leadership, justice, and education. With five years of experience in education, Noah has developed strong skills in creating inclusive, supportive environments for students. Currently pursuing a degree in Justice Studies with a Philosophy minor at Arizona State University, they are dedicated to promoting equity and fostering transformative leadership.
In addition to their work in education, Noah has contributed to the community in a wide variety of aspects, from a Playologist at the Phoenix Children's Museum to a Package Handler at UPS, they have strengthened their skills in teamwork and resilience. A recent member of the 2024 Community Engagement Beyond Voting Fellowship, Noah has further developed their expertise in community-driven actionable change.
