Hailing from Ecuador and moving to the US at 12, I've experienced first-hand the challenges and opportunities inherent in navigating cultural divides. This perspective has driven my 17-year professional journey, dedicated to fostering authentic connections, growth, and sustainability within diverse communities.

As the Founder and CEO of Novle, I've turned my passion for multicultural outreach into a powerful platform for change. My mission with Novle is to help business owners, corporate executives, and non-profit organizations connect genuinely with diverse markets, driving growth and economic vitality.

Novle excels in designing multicultural-friendly marketing strategies, executing community outreach programs, and creating events that truly resonate. Our focus on building meaningful relationships and community ties forms the backbone of our approach. My commitment to public service extends beyond Novle. I've served in leadership roles across numerous organizations. Currently, I serve on the board of CEOs Against Cancer from the American Cancer Society and am the Board Chair of Latinos Contra el Cancer.

I'm honored to have received several recognitions, including the 40 under 40 Hispanic Leaders Award and the Business Journal Diversity Champion Award. In addition, the Arizona House of Representatives recognized my extraordinary contributions to the state.
