Launch Camp Alumni Stories

Mission 2 Transition

Mission 2 Transition

Antoinette, a certified school counselor, founded Mission 2 Transition to bring career exploration to life for students through activity books, technology, and planning tools. She came to Launch Camp to build a growth strategy and sharpen her marketing skills. She left with community, clarity, and the knowledge to grow her organization sustainably.

The Women's Movement

The Women's Movement

Caroline came to Launch Camp with a vision to honor and support women holistically and left with a clear roadmap to bring it to life. In a single day, she refined her organization's five pillars, developed an impact framework, and produced her first impact report. Today The Women's Movement has reached 5,400 women across Arizona. SEED SPOT believed in her vision before the metrics existed.

EO Promotions

EO Promotions

Eva built EO Promotions to help people heal the emotional blocks keeping them from showing up fully in their finances, families, and communities. She arrived at Launch Camp with zero business tools and a vision bigger than herself. She left with structure, confidence, and a community of founders who are still with her in her daily life.

Makeup by Vanessa

Makeup by Vanessa

Vanessa founded a beauty space where women with low self-esteem rediscover themselves in the mirror. She came to Launch Camp thinking she needed better marketing. She left knowing she needed a better story. By the end of the program, she had an elevator pitch that doesn't just describe her business—it moves people. "I loved the class; it opened my eyes! 10 out of 10." — Vanessa
